- 1 banana
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Manuka Honey
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp Magic Matcha Latte
Optional: add a splash of coconut milk
The night before: peel and cut out the bananas, then place them in the freezer. Soak the cashew nuts in water to activate them.
When you feel that craving: Blend all ingredients and for into your favorite glass and enjoy with some raspberries on top!
