This is a planner with a difference and there’s one key thing to remember: The Positive Planner is YOUR planner and YOU decide how to use it! There is no right or wrong way to do this.
Although the Yellow One was designed as a 12-week programme, it was important for us that there’s no pressure to work on it every day. Although we think you’ll end up wanting to! The 12 weekly units are undated, allowing you to jump in and out as you like. Each page guides and prompts you, so the Planner really does become a beautiful burst of positivity to start and end your day with.
